Condition: Good. 2003. First Published. 288 pages. Pictorial dust jacket over black cloth. Black and white photographs throughout with colour plates to centre of book. Presumed flat signed by author to front free endpaper. Pages and photographs have light tanning and foxing throughout. Marking to rear pastedown. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Spine is in good condition. Unclipped jacket has light edgewear with tears and creasing.
