. Illustrateur : VERTES (Marcel). (illustrator). New York, (1950), Gotham Hosiery Company Inc., in-4, reliure à spirale, plat illustré du logo de Tabarin, 15 pages non chiffrée. Plaquette publicitaire illustrant les bas nylons commercialisés par le célèbre cabaret Tabarin de New York chez Saks sur la cinquième avenue. Les bas Tabarins s'adapte à différents situations, la pluie, le restaurant, le spectacle, la couture. Marcel VERTES (Ujpest 1895-1961 Paris) est un artiste d'origine hongroise, illustrateur, graveur, aquarelliste, décorateur. Il s'exila en France suite à la publication d'affiches politiques satiriques pendant la première guerre mondiale. Il collabora à l'illustration de nombreuses revues (Fantasio, Le Témoin, La Vie Parisienne, La Gazette du Bon Ton.). Pendant la Seconde Guerre Mondiale il s'exila à New-York et dès lors partagera sa vie entre les deux capitales (Dico Solo, 873-874). Salissure à la couverture. Livres.
