Condition: Good. 1960. First Edition. 400 pages. Grey dust jacket over grey cloth. Pages are lightly tanned throughout. Binding remains firm. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Slight crushing to spine ends. Unclipped jacket has moderate edgewear with chips, tears, and creasing. Light tanning to spine and edges. Tape marking to flaps.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Fair. 1st Edition. True first British printing with original clipped jacket. Edited by H. L. Gold. Various contributors. Jacket has faults - namely edge/shelf wear, few tears, patchy loss (mainly to head/tail of spine and to corners), few marks, patchy browning (including to spine), creasing/rubbing to edges, few spots of foxing, pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine, pushing/bumping to corners, rubbing to edges, patchy loss to top (picture) surface, creasing/rubbing/browning to front/back inner flaps and is in only fair condition. Boards are near fine (having been well protected by the jacket) with a hint of pushing to corners and very minor pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine. Little spine lean. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Previous owner's name in pen to front end-paper. Odd small mark/spot of foxing to top edge of pages. End-papers bit tanned. Pages slightly tanned. Very occasional small mark/spot of foxing to pages. No other faults. All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted.
