Softcover. Condition: Near Fine. First edition. Tall octavo. 39pp. Stitched tassel-bound printed gray wrappers. Small nicks and toning at the edges of the wrappers, else near fine. The program includes the appearances and in some cases the addresses of Seth Low, Chairman; Col. Theodore Roosevelt, Trustee; Emmett J. Scott; Warren Logan; W.W.
