Prints a twenty-three line statement about William Warfield, including biographical material and details of previous performances. Warfield, concert baritone, was born in West Helena, Arkansas. He toured internationally, performing in a production of Porgy and Bess, sponsored by the U.S. State Department; he also starred in the 1951 TechnI-color remake of 'Show Boat.'.
