    Paperback. Condition: Very good condition. First Edition. Eight page pamphlet, published on the occassion of the ceremony for honoring Frank Borman as recipient of the Washington Award for 1991 on February 21, 1991. Held at the Union League Club of Chicago. On the first page there is a photograph of Borman, next to which Borman has signed his autograph. The pamphlet was loosely folded in half, the crease of which runs through the autograph. The final page is stained. Included is a personal note on stationery of David S. Clark, the Secretary of the Commission at the time, addressing a colleague to whom he sent this pamphlet. Original mailing envelope included. Borman led the first team of American astronauts to circle the moon; Internationally known as Commander of the 1968 Apollo 8 Mission. He is also a veteran of the Gemini 7 (1965) Space Orbital Rendezvous with Gemini 6. Size: Octavo (8vo). Signed by Author(s). Autograph.
