While the book is indeed a rare find, it is in Fair condition. The musty odor suggests some age-related storage conditions, but this does not detract from the book's rarity. The covers, though showing some foxing and discoloration, are in decent shape, and there's noticeable wear at the spine ends. Additionally, there's a bump about an inch from the front edge on the bottom edge of the book.The binding remains firm, but there is a slight shelf cocking, a common occurrence in older hardcover books.
