First Edition
Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. First edition? 48mo. Measuring approximately 3¼" x 3½". Clothbacked glazed chromolithographed boards. With three chromolithographed plates as well as black and white illustrations. Boards with modest rubbing and wear, first and last pages lightly tanned from the endleaves and a bit of offsetting from the chromolithographed plates, very good and sound. Chromolithography by De Wolfe, Fiske & Co., who apparently published this charming little volume as part of a boxed set. Text concludes with the name "L. Haskell," possibly the author.
