There is a gift inscription in pencil to the previous owner on the half title, but no other internal markings. Shelfwear to the edges is minimal, with faint associated rubbing to the covers. Bound in stiff illustrated paper covers and publishedon the occasion of the exhibition from the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, San Francisco CA September 6-November 10, 1991 and finishing at the Akron Art Museum, Akron OH June 19-August 15, 1993. List of illustrations, chronology of the artist's life, exhibition history, bibliography and notes. Book.

Hardcover. Condition: Fair. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Edition not stated, hardcover, has a lean to the binding, which is cracked at the rear hinge. The book also has light bumps to the spine ends and cover corners, rubbing to the cloth, and a small stain to the fore edge of the text block with a remainder stamp to the tail edge. Overall, a Fair copy in a Good, unclipped dust jacket, which has bumps with creasing and tears to the spine ends and cover corners, and rubbing to the covers with creased wear to their edges. The jacket is wrapped in Mylar.
