Two books of the author's poetry, 141and 124p. respectively, both inscribed by the author, very good in wraps. Orthodox Presbyterian author based in Denver. Poems reflect religious themes as well as current events, such as Denver's election of its first Latino mayor, and a critique of the US invasion of Grenada.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Two volumes. (1) A Walk Through Life by Antony G Buckler, Stylus Publication, 1981, first edition, first impression. Signed and inscribed by the author on the title page, 'To Stevie, Julie and Gran, with best wishes, Antony G Buckler', with a small doodle by the author alongside. 24pp, in illustrated, paper-covered boards. 8vo. Volume is gently rubbed at corners and a little toned on text block edges; internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original dust wrapper, a little shelf worn, bumped and toned at edges, with a small stain (splash of coffee?) on rear panel. (2) Recent Poetry by Antony G Buckler, Stylus Books, [Undated but pre-1981], [12pp] stapled booklet in stiff card covers. 8vo. Covers a little rubbed at edges and along spine, perhaps a tad faded. There's some oxidisation around staples else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Antony S Buckler, born in Kent 1952, was a gentleman's hairdresser. He was also a prolific writer and his poetry appeared in numerous magazines and anthologies and was placed in various poetry competitions.
