The book has sound hinges and does not lean. Interior pages are lightly toned. The front pastedown and first twenty or so pages have a narrow water stain along the lower edge. Subsequent pages are clean without creases, marks, stains or wrinkles. There is light water staining to the lower left part of the front cover and a heavier water stain to the top right edge of the book's back cover. Cover corners are not bumped. There is a little insect damage along top and bottom edges of the covers and spine. Very slight soiling to outer page edges. The book's dust jacket is not price-clipped. Inside flaps are lightly toned but clean. The jacket's exterior is also clean with slight wear to top and bottom edges including a few tiny chips or tears.
