Never adapted, this novel concerns a "young girl of today" who practices "her own conception of what is good and bad." Octavo. Original natural cloth binding, with burgundy-stamped titling. The spine is leaning just a touch and a little toned. The dust jacket is price-clipped and edgeworn, with creasing and a bit of shallow chipping to the spine head.
