Inscribed by the author on the second page to poet Clark Coolidge. Talen has also written his address on the rear cover. Laid in is a large hand-written letter from Talen to Coolidge, telling him about New York poetry readings and his upcoming plans, as well as a printed one-page poem titled *Through You*. William Talen would later become know as Preacher Billy of the Church of Stop Shopping, performing in the streets of New York City, pushing back against consumerism and advertising.
