Hardcover. Condition: Poor. The cover has maroon cloth. 276 pages; b/w photos. The endpapers have an illustration of an arch, by J. Porter. The spine strip is mostly faded, in a mottled fashion, from dampness or insects. The front board is less thus, and the back board is a little thus. The back hinge is broken, but is rejoined…with cloth, hinge tape. A gift inscription is on the top end of the title page. Holes made by insects are along the edges of the back endpaper. Two of the text block ends have shelf wear soiling, a few, small stains, and some roughened spots (some of which has resulted in shallow chips on page edges). Scans e-mailed upon request.
