Hardcover. Condition: Poor. See photos for condition details. Hardcover, full leather binding with gilt to spine. Book is in poor condition, with the front board detached as well as the front end page and title page. The leather to the spine shows chipping at top and bottom and is only held on by the rear board hinge area. The r…emaining pages are well bound with no issues. Pages are tone due to age and foxing is present throughout. A couple pages had small corner folds and page 65 has a chip missing from the bottom of the page, which is well outside of the text area. There is some minor handwriting which is done in pencil. There is a small signature lightly penciled on one of the rear end pages and opposite the title page has a few letters lately written in pencil along the top edge. The book is in rough shape but does appear to be complete. Text is mainly in French but is also in Latin, which is in a smaller font. Good candidate for rebinding or for research purposes.
