A newspaper illustration, depicting 'Boy Beaters enjoying a refresher of ginger beer on Sunbury New Bridge', has been mounted on a sheet of paper and loosely inserted. Barry Humphries' copy, with his bookplate. A very thin strip of light fading to two edges of upper board, faint offsetting to front free endpaper, else an extremely nice copy in cloth chemise and gilt-lettered morocco slipcase. Pseudonymously published. One of 50 large-paper copies; there were an additional 250 regular copies.
