Photograph (b/w) on cardstock (7 3/4 x 9 3/4 inch) trimmed along the right side and signed by Ruby Keeler in ink "to Frank, sincerely Ruby Keeler".Some foxing on the photo with marks on the bottom of the photo not effecting the main image. Ms Keeler is fishing along the…ocean beach with fishing pole while wearing a pair of cutoff overalls with straw hat. Ruby Keeler (1909-1993) was born in Canada and came to the United States her career in acting, singing and dancing on Broadway and later in films during the 1930s. Among them 42nd STREET and GOLD DIGGERS OF 1933 (both in 1933). She was married to Al Jolson from 1928 to 1940. Signed by Author(s).
