The book was published by Henry Z. Walck Incorporated in 1954 and appears to be a First Edition though it's not specifically stated as such. It is NOT an ex-library book but WAS the property of a school district (which has been stamped on the front paste down end page) and while the book is in very good + condition the dust jacket is only in good condition with the back dust jacket cover's end flap torn off for some reason. The book is 8 1/4" 3/4" by 10 1/8" and has about 30 pages with larger print and black-and-white illustrations on every page. "Little children will love the big gay pictures that tell the adventures of the four chimpanzees - and those beginning to read will find the simple text just right for them." Thanks for looking!
