Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Privately Printed, 1947. Octavo (7.75" x 5"); 172pp. Marbled paper-covered boards over cloth spine. Boards show light shelfwear and some scuffs to hinges with tugging to head and tail of spine. Front board opens a bit easily, but binding is holding soundly. "Boyd" faintly stamped in red on flyleaf at fore-edge, but no other stamps or markings. [Shelf Reference # AB-25].

Inscribed presentation copy: "For Harrison & Kitty Thomas / with all good wishes / Julian / Dec. 29th, 1947." Boyd was Librarian of Princeton University at the time.
