Security measures are designed where necessary on the system to prevent unauthorized access and the best configuration of these tools is selected. These application development tools will be mainly open source software ¿ where the user can have access to and modify the source code. As a result of the study, PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and Apache server pages are found as the optimal servers side programming tools for the application.
