Flämischer Kupferstecher und Verleger. War ab circa 1550 in Rom als Kunstverleger tätig. In der Platte links unten signiert: Rome Nicolo van Aelst formis. Darunter Verlegeradresse: In Roma nella stamperia di Gio. Giacomo Rossi alla Pace.
