Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. First Edition. First printing (no additional printings listed; same date on TP and CP). Black cloth with silver lettering. Considerable wear to the boards and spine. Gutter crack at the rear endpaper. One leaf has a 2" tear at the gutter. The hinges are stretched but intact. The pages are clean and unmarked. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
