A fine copy in a slightly chipped and rubbed dust jacket, the spine somewhat faded and dust soiling to the rear panel; still, an attractive copy of a book not often found in the dust jacket. A tale of Algiers, of an impoverished Arab aristocrat's daughter and her marriage to a dervish. According to the jacket description, there is 'no tawdry "sheik" and "dancing girl" hokum." Abdullah was the author of THE THIEF OF BAGDAD.
