Condition: Fair. 1949. No Edition Remarks. 308 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth covered boards with gilt. Illustrated in black and white, and colour. Pages are moderately tanned and occasionally foxed throughout. Hinges are cracked with exposed netting. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Boards have heavy damp and dust stains. Mild crushing to spine ends, with fraying cloth and small splits. Gilt lettering has become dull. Moderate tanning to spine.
