Wilbur presented this as a gift to a very close friend of his, David Davies, in Cape Town, South Africa. The following is from David's grandson: "David and Nel (Nellie) were my grandparents who were good friends with Wilbur and his wife [Danielle]. My grandfather was a plastic surgeon and my grandmother was a nurse. My grandmother looked after Danielle when she fell ill as a favor to her and Wilbur.all the books were gifts to my grandparents over the years of friendship."
