Mizzy composed music for such TV hits as "Tha Addams Family" and "Green Acres". At top of sheet is printed muscial quotation (AMQS) for the "Addams Family Theme". also laid-in is original Philadelphia Inquirer obituary for Mizzy. AUTHOR SIGNED NOTE.
