Wallace, in full: "Mr. D. has not called. Will see him at any time, Thos. A. Scott." Natural folds; top edge slightly chipped. Very good(-) condition. America…n businessman, robber baron, and President of the Pennsylvania Railroad. Appointed by President Lincoln Assistant Secretary of State in which capacity he was in charge of all Government Railroads.
