Dust jacket has a tiny spot to inside front flap and some edge crinkles mostly at corners and spines and a small patch of abrasion spots on front panel. Video has light wear to cover opening. Cassette has no noticeable problems.

Signed by all four pilots: Gilliland, Yeilding, Shul, and Watson on the limitation page and additionally inscribed by Shul on the front free endpaper. Also includes some laid in additional materials. Surprisingly uncommon in this version given the edition size. Please note that this is a heavy book and will require extra shipping.
