Add to basketHardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 1st Edition. First edition, first impression in an unclipped wrapper. The wrapper is chipped resulting in losses to the head and tail of the spine, affecting titles and publisher's details. The extremities are similarly bumped. The lower edge of the front panel is creasing upwards. Minor discolouration and occasional marks to the panels, else appearing bright. The book is a touch shaken, with some staining to the boards, bumping to the spine ends and the extremities a little bumped. The fore edge is a touch spotted, and there is a scuff to the top edge, which is sprayed peach. The front hinge at the pastedown has a tear 2.5" down, and the hinges are a little strained. Clean of ownership inscriptions, with bright and unspotted pages. A good first edition of the fourth work in Atkinson's Lockett series, complete with a bright wrapper.
