TheProgramCommitteemetinPortland,Oregon,USAduringICSE2003,toselect thepapersforinclusionintheproceedings.Twelvepapers(elevenresearchpapersand onepositionpaper)wereselectedoutof25submissionsfrom12countries(Australia, Austria,Brazil,China,Finland,France,Germany,Mexico,Norway,Spain,UK,USA). All submissions were reviewed by three members of the Program Committee.
