19.5x14 inch poster, very good, signed in blue pen by Solidarity leader Walesa; distributed during a visit to Washington DC. Issued after Roundtable Talks between the Polish government and the Solidarity-led opposition led to elections in June, 1989. After his leadership of Solidarno??, which won a Nobel prize, Walesa went on to be the Polish president elected by popular vote in 1990.

26.5x38 inch poster, short closed edge tears at lower right, otherwise very good, signed in ball point pen by Solidarnosc leader Lech Walesa in the lower field, distributed during a visit to Washington DC. Depicts a barren tree beginning to leaf, with the union's emblem hanging from a twig. After his leadership of Solidarno??, which won a Nobel prize, Walesa went on to be the Polish president elected by popular vote in 1990. Signed.
