Condition: good. Lot of 5 Spanish Maps.(Europe, Iberia, Spain, Portugal, Galicia, Castille, Catalonia, Navarre, Aragon, Valencia, Andalusia). Issued 1889, Gotha by Justus Perthes for Stieler. Very detailed set of 19th century engraved maps with original hand color. Map consists of 4 sheets composed into a wall map size. Plus a fifth map which is all of Spain. Please see photos. Stieler maps went through continual revisions. Thus, for any specific Stieler map such as this one, there are often numerous variant issues with varying details. Nice looking examples, clean, pleasing age patina, any minor age flaws easy to overlook or forgive. Original fold lines as issued. Each sheet measures c. 15 1/4" H x 18" W.
