Partito per motivi di servizio, mentre era all'estro venne a sapere che la sua promessa sposa si era fidanzata con un altro. Tornato l'ufficiale incotr…a la ragazza con il futuro sposo ed uccide i due amanti, poi uccise la morte della sorella e poi andò a casa delle ragazze e vi portò morte. Chiamato dalle urla degli abitanti della casa, arrivarono i militari. L'ufficiale ne ferì tre e poi venne a sua volta ferito. Il secondo caso si svolse nel castello di Xaintines durante una festa di matrimonio che si teneva nel castello di questa città dove il signore locale sposava la bella signorina Clemenza de' Crespy. La giovane viene al castello con la madre ed un grande forziere per tenere le sue ricchezze e gioielli del quale però, sembran essersi perse le chiavi. Finita la festa si aptrono le feste ed i giochi. A questo punto al giovane donna propone di giocare tutti a nascondino. Da quel momento la sposa scompare. Tutto il palazzo la cerca. Quando dopo un giorno o due tutte le speranze sono perse, il marito abandona il castello per la disperazione. Vi ritorna un mese dopo e casualemente si accorge che il forziere ha un'apertura per aprirolo dal di fuori. Aperto lo stesso si accroge che all'interno vi è il cadavera della giovane moglie con il vestito da sposa. Lo sposo, poi, morirà di crepacuore. Opera rarissima. Rif.
