    Hardbound. Condition: Very Good-. First Revised Edition. Quarto in mildly edgeworn dust jacket, photo illustrated endpapes, xiv, 254 pp., b/w photos, some color photos, b/w drawings Revised by Thomas A. Lempicke. Inscribed by the author to Hal Holbrook,dated 8-16-89. With two typed and signed (first name only) from the author laid-in (two single-sidedpages each), one to Joyce Cohen and the other to Hal Holbrook, along with an internal note from Holbrooks company and a copy of a letter that was sent to Smith which includesthe contact information fro Jimmy Stewart and Gregory Peck. Apparently the author was hoping that Holbrook would develop a film project based on the Staggerwing airplane. It didn't come about.
