Sin Encuadernar. Condition: Muy bien. Lithographic Canvas Backed Map with fine hand colour. Dissected and laid on linen as issued, total 1000 x 1730mm. A really beautiful and detailed world map. Spherical inset in top left corner showing Arctic Regions and one in top right corner showing Antarctic Regions. Particular detail given to the oceans: direction and rate of currents shown, as well as principal ocean mail routes and submarine telegraph cables. Trade winds and monsoons also shown. Explanation at centre bottom. Dissected and linen backed, folding with burgundy marbled-paper backs. Complete with original slipcase covered in burgundy morocco with title in gold to centre.
