Previously owned by Stanton Carlisle, the famous mentalist and friend of Corinda, and whose signature appears on title page. Pages are free from notations and markings. Pages are paginated to form complete set of 13 volumes, here 307-332. A must have for budding mentalists.

The base of DJ spine replaced the single rabbit insignia as seen in the first two US printings with a new 3-rabbit profile. An incredibly rare first printing in hardcover, in original dust jacket from 1958. Tony Corinda was an English mentalist, magic dealer, magic inventor and businessman. In 1950, he opened a magic studio where he sold all types of magic, but catered especially to mentalists. Later, he took over The Magic Shop in Oxford Street, London which was originally run by Dick Chavel.
