Signed on front free end leaf "Very Cordially / Charles M. Sheldon / Topeka, Kansas / 1935." Green cloth cover with darker green and red stamped lettering and decoration. Cloth covers show a little wear along upper edges, and light rubbing at spine ends and corners. There are some small moisture stains seen on the upper edges of the text block, but not on the surface of any leaves. End leaves are a little darkened. Dust jacket is chipped, torn, and worn, though all text remains good. Jacket is now in a clear Brodart protective sleeve. Signed by Author(s).
