Internally, very good. Scarce work on the developing New York City, in three parts, with former and current names of locations in the city, as well as an alphabetical listing of descriptions of street alterations. A limited edition of 300 copies ( unnumbered) & a presentation copy, inscribed and signed by the editor R. D. Cooke to Capt. J. A. Judson, and dated 10th August 1904. Captain Judson served as Assistant Adjutant General, district of North Carolina, in the Civil War. OCLC: 491116320 cites one copy at NYPL (with 84 leaves) and OCLC: 1179071 cites an online copy at the LOC which does NOT contain the 2pp supplement. Fair externally, very good internally.
