Exterior shows only minor soiling from handling with a few dimples on the lower section of the spine, minor crease to the cloth on rear board. The internal and binding is good, no hinge issues. Pages are toned due to age and some minor foxing and soiling is present. Original owner's name and date on the front end page along with a "10" written in red pencil. The frontispiece is attached at the top and bottom with the center of the page unattached. This is the page that contains a statement by the publisher on " The liquor problem". The binding for this page appears to be fragile and is the reason for the lower condition grade of VG when most of the book is in near fine condition.…
