Map. Condition: Very Good. 11-1/4 x 14-1/2 inches. Full color, photo-printed maps extracted from Iliffs renowned Imperial Atlas of 1893. Minimal discoloration to borders. Colors are bright and vivid. Crisp, clean lines. Text is easily legible, and impeccably detailed. A superior set of maps in very good condition.

This beautiful map of Sumatra was produced by John Iliff via cerographic engraving (a process in which the printing plate is manufactured from an engraving on wax). Regions, islands, cities and towns, rivers, and other geographic features are shown on this map. These maps have become increasingly difficult to find over the years. This map measures 9 inches by 12.5 inches.
