Cloth. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. First American Edition. From the recently auctioned collection of M. B. Goldstone--with his penciled signature and notes to the front free endpaper. This copy is signed by Zane Grey on the front free endpaper--signature only. Goldstone was a prolific collector of early Western Fiction--and along with his brother, Homer, were bibliographers of Steinbeck. A very good clean copy with light toning to the cloth boards, owner name opposite front pastedown--(small)-- and a little dustiness to the page edges--but overall a nice presentable and collectible copy--no fading to the lettering on the front board or spine--spine and hinges are strong. First Edition "K-F" on copyright page. Scarce to find in this condition. Signed by Author(s).
