Bound in black Plike paper-covered boards decorated with wraparound typewriter keys design, accented with blind-stamping, titled to backstrip in white, publisher's monogram to rear, royal blue endpapers, sewn endbands. A fine, as-new copy. A collection of Ian Fleming's journalism and other non-fiction material. The standalone edition comprises unused sheets from the QAP Centenary Edition, in a Collector or Deluxe binding. Marked o/s (out of series), it carries no limitation but there are only some 220 Collectors and no more than 30 Deluxe. The Deluxe Edition comes with an exclusive separate story publication: 'The Ordeal of Caryl St. George,' a short story that appeared in The Wyvern, a magazine Ian produced in 1925 while at Eton College. It is the earliest example of his fiction to appear in print. With an introduction by Fergus Feming, it comes as a card-bound pamphlet held in a pocket inside the rear board. Signed.
