Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Fair. 1st Edition. SIGNED FIRST EDITION! Signed "To Mrs ----- Sincerely Jesse Stuart". STATED FIRST EDITION hardback book with dust jacket. The jacket is NOT price-clipped but has some good-sized chips. It is protected under a fresh mylar cover. ALSO INCLUDES A VINTAGE 1947 NEWSPAPER ARTICLE ON STUART! (Very tanned and brittle, this newspaper was left in the front of the book and has really "browned" the front endpaper and inside the front cover. The book is otherwise very clean and neat with deckled edges. Signed by Author(s).
