Condition: Fair. 1953. Reprinted. 322 pages. No dust jacket. Red cloth. Binding remains firm. Pages are lightly tanned throughout. Previous owner's inscriptions to front pastedown and endpaper. Top corner of front free endpaper cut out. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Light tanning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Staining to both boards.

Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: No Dust Jacket. Ex-library hardcover (without dust jacket), from the Ministry of Education, in good condition for its age. Boards are marked and worn, and edges, corners and spine ends are bumped and rubbed. Page block is tanned and blemished, as are the pastedowns, endapers and pages in places. Library stamps on title page, label on rear board and date stamp on front pastedown. Binding is a little visible at the front and rear hinges, and at page 192. Pages remain tightly bound and clear throughout. LW. Used.
