Rose and lavendar buckram/cloth boards with green imprinting and gold foil-stamped spine. Book is in exceptionally good condition for its age. Slight yellowing to the edges of a few pages and to…the pastedowns. Pencil erasures on three pages (hardly noticable). NO rem mark or ex-lib. Octavo (21cm); 223pp. Illustrated dust jacket; boards in rose pink cloth and gray cloth spine with green title banner and gilt lettering. Price-clipped jacket is crisp with a few tiny tears at folds, nudging… at spine ends, and some general toning and smudging to surface. Boards lightly bumped at corners and spine ends. Binding is sound and pages unmarked. Signed by the prolific author "With cordial regards" but without dedication on full title.
