A really SHABBY/worn copy with discolouring and fading to both boards and spine, front outer hinge 80%b split but book is ring-bound under spine cover so binding sound. Fraying to spine-ends, corners and lower opening edges. A small fray to top front and rear cover a little scuffed. Owner's name to plate on inner frotn boards , a numbered edition No. 4505. prelims and pages are sound with moderate usage marks. A working copy.

No insc. 74pp. Numbered on a bookplate stuck to the front pastedown. (no 3177 of an unspecified run). Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.

Dust-jacket just slightly chipped at head of spine. A very good copy. Designed by John Lewis. The covers printed by offset lithography on white book cloth from seahorse designs drawn on Plastocowell. Most attractive.

Very good indeed in slightly used, very good dust jacket, with slight edgewear.
