Book has a very light 3/8 inch coffee-colored spot and trivial 'smudges' to top edge of block and 2 inch by 1 inch rubber stamp of 'Offutt's English Tack & Wear' of Petaluma, California along lower edge of front free endpaper. Dust jacket has two closed tears of 1/4 inch each along top edge of front panel, a 1/4 inch closed tear along bottom edge of front panel; and trivial signs of wear/previous use to spine and rear panel. Only trivial additional signs of age/wear/previous use to book and dust jacket. Appears to be signed by author below his photograph: "Best Wishes Arnold Rojas". Signed by Author(s).
