Hardcover. Condition: Very Good-. Dust Jacket Condition: No Dust Jacket. Original terra cotta-colored cloth titled in gilt. Revised edition with Wolf's foreward for this edition. Presentation copy inscribed to the ffep by Wolf for her sister Esther Ruth Lewis, in 1916. Strong bump to spine head, rubbing and corner wear, slightly canted. Hinges starting, old cellophane tape ghosts across gutter of ffep. Scattered foxing, few folder corners ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 329 pages; Signed by Author.
