When copies of some of Dr. Payne's personal corresondence came into his posession, Dr. Tolstedt decided to include these in this work. Dr. Payne's wartime experience led him to feel strongly about combat veterans, and service to such veterans at Veterans Administration hospitals. Very good. No dust jacket. Signed by author.
