Tight hardcover book in good condition. 8vo. 244pp. Brown cloth boards & backstrip with bright gold ornate floral oval frame in the center with title & author and incised frame all around the outer edge of the front board & gold lettering on the backstrip. The tops of the pages are dyed dark brown. Book is very tight. The boards have a little wear & some edgewear with bumped corners. The hinges have some chipping. The backstrip has some edgewear on the top & bottom with fraying as well as some light fading. Bookplate on inside front board with owner name. The leaves are in very good condition with no markings.
